At our table
Hospitality is more than what we serve. It is how we make people feel.
Olive & Amber is a family business rooted in more than twenty years of hospitality experience and a simple belief: food should make life feel lighter and people feel cared for.
We create the kind of meals that let you take a breath, the kind of gatherings where no one is watching the clock, and the thoughtful details guests remember long after the last plate is cleared.
Fresh menus guided by what feels right now.
Every experience shaped around the people at the table.
Warm hospitality that leaves room to be present.

The cook behind the table
Food has always been how I care for people.
My love of hospitality may be what welcomes people in, but a lifelong love of cooking is what first brought me to the table.
I am a culinary-school graduate with more than twenty years of experience working throughout the hospitality industry—in kitchens and dining rooms, behind the bar, leading teams, planning events, developing menus, and creating the details that turn a meal into a memory.
That experience taught me that truly good food does not need to be fussy. It needs to be thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and made with genuine care. Whether I am helping a busy household plan for the week, designing a menu for a meaningful gathering, or cooking alongside guests in their own kitchen, I bring the same standards, curiosity, and heart to every plate.
Olive & Amber is where everything I have learned comes together: culinary craftsmanship, warm hospitality, and food that makes people feel at home.

Hospitality & Operations Lead
Olivia Shaffer
Olivia is Amber's right hand and second in command. Over the years, she has worked alongside her in nearly every corner of hospitality—from learning in the kitchen and serving at caterings to bartending events. She shares Amber's belief that hospitality is about far more than what is on the plate; it is about how people feel when they are welcomed in.
Olivia is also the baker behind The Sunday Sourdough Shop, whose handmade breads and seasonal desserts may appear as special add-ons for the Weekly Supper Club and Olive & Amber gatherings.
Around our table
This business is deeply personal—and that is exactly the point.
Olive & Amber was built from family, resilience, and a shared belief that food can make ordinary days easier and important days unforgettable. When you invite us into your week, your kitchen, or your celebration, we never take that trust lightly. We would be honored to help care for the people around your table.
